Mr. de Vibe is CEO of Kistefos Venture Capital. Prior to joining Kistefos in 2001, de Vibe was responsible for building up and lead IBM's network outsourcing business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. His previous experience includes significant management roles at IBM and Ericsson. de Vibe holds a Master of Science from the University of Oslo.

Mr. Testman is an independent investor and advisor. He served as Paradial Chief Operating Officer from 2005 to 2007. His prior role was Vice President, Birdstep Technology. He served as Executive Vice President, Fast Search & Transfer (FAST Search, now Microsoft) from June 2000. Prior, he was the Director, Mobile e-commerce of Ericsson, Sweden and member of their Mobile Internet management team. From 1996 to 1999 Mr. Testman held various positions within Ericsson. He served as Business Manager for the mobile datacom infrastructure portfolio and started the Ericsson Mobile e-commerce unit. Prior to that, he held various sales and marketing positions with Tandberg. He specialized in International Management, MSc. of Business and Economics at the Norwegian School of Management (BI), Norway.

Mr. Boilesen is Chief Executive Officer at Opera Software, the internet browser company. Lars Boilesen has extensive sales and business development experience from the global IT and telecommunications industries. He has held executive positions in various corporations including Alcatel-Lucent where he was CEO for the Nordics and the Baltics. He has previously served at Opera Software where he was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that, Lars headed the Northern Europe and Asia Pacific markets for Tandberg Data. He started his career at Lego Group.

Prior to joining Kistefos as an Investment Analyst, Jacobsen was CEO of BlueCom, a Norwegian telecommunication Company targeting primarily the residential market. His previous experience includes Senior project management in BlueCom, and business development activities in Telenor. Jacobsen holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Management and a Master in Corporate Finance from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Mr. Kliland is Product Director at Colibria. He served as Paradial CEO since he co-founded the company in 2001 until 1. October 2006, when he became responsible for the Paradial product line. He is a Security and Quality of Service expert. In the period 1994-2001 Mr. Kliland worked for Ericsson Norway, Research & Development as Senior R&D Developer - (1994-1996) within ATM development. Mr. Kliland then worked within System management - (1996-2001) as Chief Technical Responsible for Ericsson’s core IP telephony project.
