Mr. de Vibe is CEO of Kistefos Venture Capital. Prior to joining Kistefos, de Vibe was responsible for building up and lead IBM's network outsourcing business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. His previous experience includes significant management roles at IBM and Ericsson. de Vibe has a Master of Science from the University in Oslo.

Mr. Testman is an independent investor and advisor. He served as Paradial Chief Operating Officer from 2005 to Dec. 2007. His prior role was Vice President, Birdstep Technology. He served as Executive Vice President, Fast Search & Transfer (FAST) from June 2000. Prior, he was the Director, Mobile e-commerce of Ericsson, Sweden and member of their Mobile Internet management team. From 1996 to 1999 Mr. Testman held various positions within Ericsson. He served as Business Manager for the mobile datacom infrastructure portfolio and started the Ericsson Mobile e-commerce unit. Prior to that, he held various sales and marketing positions with Tandberg. He specialized in International Management, MSc. of Business and Economics at the Norwegian School of Management (BI), Norway.

Mr. Jacobsen holds the position as an Analyst in Kistefos Venture Capital. He held the position as CEO in Ventelo BlueCom from 2005, with a total turnover of 400 MNOK, about 100 employees and approximately 110 000 residential customers divided on xDSL, Voip, Fixed and Mobile services. Prior to this, he served as Project Director in BlueCom and participated in BlueComs strong development from 50 MNOK turnover in 2002 to 300 mNOK in 2005. Before this, Jacobsen worked as a Project Manager and Business Controller in Telenor for about 3 years. He holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Management and a Master in Corporate Finance from the Norwegian School of Management.

Mr. Kliland is Product Director at Colibria. He served as Paradial CEO since he co-founded the company in 2001 until 1. October 2006, when he became responsible for the Paradial product line. He is a Security and Quality of Service expert. In the period 1994-2001 Mr. Kliland worked for Ericsson Norway, Research & Development as Senior R&D Developer - (1994-1996) within ATM development. Mr. Kliland then worked within System management - (1996-2001) as Chief Technical Responsible for Ericsson’s core IP telephony project.

Mr. Boilesen is currently serving as CEO for Nordic and Baltic Region at Alcatel-Lucent. Mr. Boilesen has extensive sales and marketing experience and has held executive positions in various corporations including Opera Software where he was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, Mr. Boilesen headed the Northern Europe and Asia Pacific markets for Tandberg. Mr. Boilesen started his career at Lego Group where he was Sales and Marketing manager for Europe.
