Ingvar Aaberg

Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Aaberg became CEO of Paradial on 1. October 2006. He was previously director of business development, channel sales and solution services at Fast Search & Transfer (FAST Search, now Microsoft) from 2000. Mr. Aaberg drove the establishment of FAST’s operations in Japan and was responsible for establishing global partnership agreements with IBM and Telenor. In 1998 he co-founded JOIN communications - an IP-telecommunications consultancy, and managed that company until it was acquired by FAST in 2000. From 1995 to 1998 he served as chief engineer with Telenor IT and Telenor R&D. Mr. Aaberg was a consultant with Accenture (Andersen Consulting) in Los Angeles from 1994 to 1995, and worked as a software engineer with GC Computer in Oslo from 1992 to 1994. Mr. Aaberg holds MS and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego, and has done post degree work in project management and strategy at the Norwegian School of Management (BI), Norway.
 

Lars Meløe

Vice President Sales & Marketing
Mr. Meløe became Paradial VP Sales & Marketing in December 2008. Lars Meløe previously served as CEO of Viju Vest AS Stavanger - one of the largest resellers of videoconferencing and visual communication solutions in Norway. During Meløe’s tenure at Viju, the company was rebranded and restructured, and new branch offices were established. Meløe held various sales positions for Tandberg from 1999 to 2006 where he sold videoconferencing solutions in Norway and Northern Europe. He served as Sales Manager in Norway from 2002 where his responsibilities included establishing new Tandberg sales offices and recruiting new distributors. From 1995 to 1999 he served as a Regional Account Manager for PBX systems in Telenor. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Meløe worked as a Sales Engineer with Sigurd Sørum selling solutions for instrumentation in the oil and gas market in Norway. Mr. Meløe holds a Bachelor`s degree in cybernetics from Kongsberg Ingeniørhøgskole and has done studies in business administration at Norwegian School of Management (BI)
 

Espen Skjæran

Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Skjæran has served as Paradial CTO and head of development since he co-founded the company in 2001. He is an IP telephony expert. He is also a system and design architect. Mr. Skjæran worked in 1996 for Musicator as SW Developer, focusing on Digital sound effect (Delphi, assembler). In 1997 to 2001 he worked for Ericsson Norway as Senior SW and system manager responsible for H.323 standardization - the editor of H.323 Annex K.
