RealTunnel works with existing security and network infrastructures and does not require changes to existing systems that jeopardize security.

Handling NAT traversal is a moving target and RealTunnel allows providers to focus on core capabilities while Paradial delivers secure, comprehensive and up-to-date NAT traversal technologies.

RealTunnel encapsulates NAT traversal features and allows solution providers to quickly go-to-market market with NAT traversal enabled solutions.

RealTunnel is based on industry standards – ICE, STUN, TURN and H.460. In addition, RealTunnel contains HTTPS tunneling mechanisms that allow communications to be performed securely even across the strictest corporate firewalls.

The RealTunnel solution consists of a client side SDK or application, and a server side STUN, TURN and HTTPS (relaying) server. Media is transported directly between peers using UDP/RTP whenever possible and relaying is used only when required.

RealTunnel efficiently transports audio and video and utilizes numerous optimization techniques to maintain QoS - even when using TCP, HTTPS and relaying.

RealTunnel servers are built on a linearly scalable architecture that serves both small and high-volume deployments, supports centrally located and geographically distributes servers, and can be deployed on off-the-shelf hardware to achieve required redundancy and availability objectives.

The RealTunnel client is available on the most popular operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, Linux and Windows Mobile. Support for other platforms is added based on demand.
